It is white crystal powder, easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol, ethanol and acetic acid, absorbs a lot of heat when it dissolves in wate. It has a sweet taste and not more than a slight, sweet door.
It is mainly used as food additives for producing mint tablets, vitamin tablets, chewing gum, candy, soluble dietary fibre and the other sugarfree-foodstuff, dried squid thread, roasted fish fillet, surimi, shrimp ball, eel fish ball, frozen raw fish .
