Advantage Description

XYlink311 is equivalent to foreign Caytue®31 DA, which is mainly used for TDI (toluene diisocyanate) / polyester or polyether, amine curing agent of delayed reaction of MDI (diphenyl methane diisocyanate) / polyester or polyether urethane pre-polymer. It is composed of complex of symmetric aromatic diamine and sodium chloride, and dispersed in ester plasticizer, in which the content of free amine is very low. At room temperature, it is almost no activity, but heated to 120℃ (addition of catalyst can be reduced to 70-80℃), this salt complex begins releasing and the free diamine quickly reacts with pre-poly to form elastomer. Because XYlink311 is a liquid with appropriate viscosity, without melting, under room temperature it can be mixed with pre-polymer, suitable for normal pressure casting, pressure or injection molding, rotary casting and leaching in reaction kettle and other molding processing technology.
