In food industry,it is used as agent for baking,prevent oxidizing.In dairy product,it is used as emulsifier,prevent albumen coagulation.In solid beverage,it is used as buffer,chelate agent,emulsifier.
It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner,and a woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg. It should be stored in a dry,ventilative and clean warehouse,and it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
The product is white or colorless crystalline free flowing solid, efflorescent in air, easily soluble in water, but insoluble in alcohol, its water solution is slightly alkaline, relative density at 1.52 g/cm3, melting point at 35℃.
