The crude petroleum has high viscosity, it always foams in primary and secondary gun barrels at combination station in winter, and the foams are stable, not easy to be removed, which can cause oil overflowing situation to the oil tank, and that will affect the general production. 

Due to there is high asphaltene and resin content in Gudao crude, and the large scale using of polyacrylamide, which not only makes the crude oil foam small and stable, but also thicken the bubble membrane and increase the membrane elasticity. Thus, it’s more difficult to cleaning the foam. 

For well solving above mentioned foams problem, Defond specially designed a high efficient diesel oil defoamer,  which aim at the characteristic during the oil-gas separation and transportation, to improve the working efficiency of separator, as well as the loading efficiency of oil tank truck and oil tanker. 

In addition that, this defoamer is also suitable to be used in other oily systems to control foams.

Usage: Direct add this defoamer to foaming systems, it also can be diluted to 5~10 times with kerosene or  dimethylbenzene. And when using in oil-gas separation, only need to add this defoamer at the first - stage separator.  

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required. 

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
