Detailed Description Spray Adhesive formulated with good-quality raw materials and conforming to national compulsory standard-GB18583-2001 requirements of restriction of harmful and hazardous substance, possesses such features as low VOC, fresh smell, high solid content, good flexibility, easy application, strong adhesive force, environment-friendly etc. And after hardening, it can be resistant to damp, water, heat, acid, alkali and bumping, so it is widely used for bonding sponge, heat insulated materials, fiber, wood and thin metal sheet.
Recommended use It is suitable for bonding different materials such as sponge, heat-insulated materials, fiber, wood and thin metal sheet.

Directions for use
Surface preparation
Surface preparation: the grease, dust, moisture, rust on the bonding surface must be
cleaned off.
Make sure that the surface must be dry during rainy days, or it will cause non-stick
atmosphere.

Spraying | Apply the adhesive evenly on the two bonding surfaces with spray gun and the consumption is 80 - 90 g/m2. Spray gun with an opening of 2.0-2.5 mm and 0.3-0.5 Mpa air pressure is recommended. | |||
Thickness control | The adhesive should be applied evenly and not too thick to avoid the weakening of the bonding strength. But for porous materials or materials with coarse surface, you can apply more accordingly. | |||
Airing | After application of the adhesive, enough time should be given to let the solvent evaporate completely to avoid bubble or stickiness. The airing time is about 5-15 minutes/25C and varies from the temperature, humidity and adhesive film. The bonding can be done after the surface is dry by touch. For porous materials, you can bond directly after application of the adhesive. | |||
Bonding | The application should be done once and for all. Aim the two surfaces, bond together and press. Don’t move the bonding surfaces back and forth, or the bonding effect will be affected. | |||
