Abrafati, the largest event in the coating industry in South America, came to a successful end on Oct.3, 2019. The three day event attracted 235 exhibitors, amonth which about 160 were from Brazil, 66 were from China, and some others were from Singapore, India, United States, Spain, etc. Many local distributors in Brazil also showed up in the event, including BASF, Braskem, Brenntag, Clariant, Hexion, Lanxess, Quimisa, Transcor, etc.

OKCHEM, as the leading B2B platform for chemical business, participated the show again after 2017, and this time we were at booth 203 together with five of our supplier members, namely, Jinan Yuxing Chemical (Bluestar), Hubei Greenhome Materials, ZhejiangGenky Selong Technology, RuiBai, and Hangzhou Hongyan Pigment Chemical.

With its 45 square meter refined decoration and location advantage in the main entry of the event, OKCHEM booth was full of visitors in the show. Many buyers in the coating industry were attracted by the products from our suppliers, and the top popular products were titanium dioxide, epoxy resin, melamine, organic pigments, acrylic resin, etc.

Our multi-lingual team in Brazil helped our supplier member match targeted buyers, and helped them communicate with the local buyers. The five supplier members who attended the joint-exhibition with us all expressed their satisfaction in our services. Besides the products from our suppliers, we also got many other buying requests. During the event, many suppliers and exhibitors also came to our booth to know details about our services and talk about the possibilities in further cooperation.

We also introduced ChemPreneur (click to know more), our global business partner project in the show, many local professionals showed great interests in the high rewards, and submitted their applications.
