Lomon Billions raised the price
On December 1, 2017, the Chinese leading Tio2 enterprise Lomon Billions issued price adjustment. From December 1st, the sales price of sulfate-processed titanium dioxide is raised 500 yuan per ton to Chinese domestic customers, and 100 dollars per ton to international customers.
According to Lomon Billions, this price increase mainly due to the limited production, the steep decline of inventory, and a rapid rise in prices of major raw materials and energy like sulfur and natural gas.
The world's largest automated terminal, the four phase of Yangshan Port , will open in December 10th
The four phase of Shanghai Yangshan port is the largest single intelligent fully automated wharf in the world. It will be in service in December 10th, 2017.
Compared to the traditional container terminal, its biggest feature is the automated and unmanned operation of the cargo loading, unloading, horizontal transportation and yard handling. It has great significance to the reduction of the terminal operating costs, improvement of the operation efficiency, safety and environmental protection.
The price of methanol set a new high record
On November 30th, Chinese methanol market exceeded the expected increase, and the daily increase of many areas was 100-200 yuan per ton, especially in southeast coastal areas, the continuing increase was 21.13% higher than that of in mid October.
The main reason for this rise is the large-scale use of natural gas in winter, and the shorter supply of natural gas to methanol plants. Current low inventory of methanol, the recover of downstream demand are also important factors for the rise.
