Chemical distributor Brenntag North America is partnering with Caragum International for the exclusive distribution of Ester Gum in the United States and Canada.
Caragum International specializes in the formulation and manufacturing of stabilizers systems for the food industry with products such as Cararosin BG CG 389-E445. Located in Marseille, France, Caragum supplies stabilizers into applications such as beverages, flavored emulsions, and sauces.

Cararosin BG CG 389-E445, a Glycerol Ester of Wood Rosin E445, is a weighting agent and is said to be very effective in stabilizing emulsions in beverages. The manufacturing of this material complies with European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA).
