On February 18, 2021, Anhui BBCA Futerpo PLA Co, Ltd (“Anhui BBCA”) and Anhui Box Health Technology Co., Ltd (“Anhui Box Health”) jointed presented their world's first PLA fully degradable medical protective clothing and fully degradable antibacterial mask in a recent event in Anhui province of China to promote high quality development of emerging industries. The governor of Anhui province tried on the fully degradable mask, said it was not stuffy and comfortable.


 

It is reported that Anhui Box Health was set up on April 15, 2020 in Hefei city of Anhui province. It is the largest manufacturer of high-end protective masks in Anhui Province.

 

On December 8, 2020, the new corona-virus mask containing copper oxide, first launched by Anhui Box Health, caused a great sensation in the world. Because of its high efficiency in killing the virus, it sold well at home and abroad, and became an excellent representative of China's export of anti epidemic materials. Then, it launched the environmental protection mask with fully degradable and bacteriostatic polylactic acid fiber and fully degradable medical protective clothing.

 

The new products of masks and protective clothing launched at this meeting of Anhui Box Health are made of polylactic acid (PLA) non-woven fabric, which has the unique advantages of environmental protection, degradation, non-toxic, anti mite, bacteriostasis, health care, fire prevention and moisture resistance, and its bacteriostasis rate can reach 99%.

 

Anhui Box Health launched this new product in response to the call of the National Plastic restriction order. It uses poly (lactic acid) degradable new materials to manufacture epidemic prevention materials, which fundamentally solves the white pollution caused by epidemic prevention materials since the outbreak of the epidemic. It leads the epidemic prevention materials industry to "change varieties", gradually replacing raw materials with poly (lactic acid) raw materials.
